This week we celebrate 1 year since our amazing Medical Assistant Brittany Howard joined River Country Eye Care. She brings energy and precision to all her work and strives to help each patient have the most thorough exam they’ve ever had.
Our Medical Assistant Brittany is a 2016 graduate of Glen Oaks Community College. She has been with River Country Eye Care since January 2018. Brittany assists Dr. Goff with patient care by collecting medical history and several measurements necessary for a thorough eye examination. She also performs advanced diagnostic testing for our patients who are treated for medical eye problems. These tests include Visual Field analysis, Optical Coherence Tomography, Advance Dry Eye Diagnostics and Tear Evaluations, Ocular Photography and more. Her favorite test we offer is Optomap ultra-widefield retinal imaging because it facilitates early detection of sight-threatening conditions like retinal tears, glaucoma, or macular degeneration and even life-threatening diseases like cancer, stroke, and cardiovascular disease.
She loves spending time with her two daughters, Ayva and Kah’Bria. Brittany is also involved in the Children’s Ministries at Riverside Church.
She’s a valued member of the River Country Eye Care team and looks forward to serving you and your family for many years to come!
