We have received several questions about what insurance we accept. Here’s a list of some of the more common plans we take.
Medical: Medicare, BCBS, Medicare Plus Blue, Priority Health, Tricare, Humana, Aetna, Set Seg, PBS, PBA, Cigna, United Healthcare
Medicaid: Michigan Medicaid, Meridian, McLaren, Community Plan.
Vision: VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, NVA, Davis, BCBS
If we do not currently accept your insurance, we would be glad to look into becoming a provider.
